We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under Romanian or EU law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
